On February 4, Family Centers joined forces with Greenwich Hospital/Yale New Haven Health to take over the day-to-day management of the pediatric, adult, and geriatric outpatient health centers. Family Centers will celebrate the grand opening of its new Adult and Pediatric Health Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, March 28 at 3:00pm.
