
Bruce Cohen, Esq., authorized agent, for Greenwich Plaza, Inc, owners of 2 Steamboat Road and 2-28 Railroad Ave, has proposed a Zoning Text Amendment (Application PLPZ 2019 00292) pursuant to Section 6-22 of the Town of Greenwich Building Zone Regulations, and Section 8-3 of the Connecticut General Statutes, to amend Sec. 6-118.1 “USE REGULATIONS IN RAILROAD RIGHTS-OF-WAY” and add a new Sec. 6-205***(c).

This application will be presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission, along with the related pending Municipal Improvement and preliminary site plan/special permit applications on July 30, 2019 at 7:00pm in the Town Hall Meeting Room in Greenwich Town Hall.
